The Terms Of Service for Battle Pirates prohibits having more then one account, Face Book also prohibits having more then one account. The HDA takes these TOS limitations seriously. Having more then one account is deemed cheating as far as the HDA is concerned and it will not be tolerated or condoned by the alliance. All members agree not to cheat or have multiple accounts.
